  21.   Function:     Converts international currency, using rates stored in a local
  22.                 data file, which can be simply updated at any time by grabbing
  23.                 and saving an html file from a website.

  25.                 AmCEx, from v2.0 on, is the DeLuxe version.  It comes with TCP
  26.                 socket support and a currencies manager, which allows the user
  27.                 to add or delete currencies from its inbuilt list, and also to
  28.                 manually edit the rates of ones that have no web-accessible
  29.                 rates available for them.
